Load both programs into the given PIO’s instruction memory. The initial_bursts parameter sets the length of the sync burst at the start of a packet. In the original NEC IR protocol, that burst is 9ms long, or 16 562.5us bursts. WARNING: The irq flag used by this program must not be shared with any other PIO program, including other instances of this program.
