Enum Address

Source
pub enum Address {
    SevenBit(u8),
    TenBit(u16),
}
Expand description

An I2C address. Either 7 or 10 bit.

Variants§

§

SevenBit(u8)

A 7 bit address

§

TenBit(u16)

A 10 bit address.

When using an address to configure the Own Address, only the OA1 register can be set to a 10-bit address.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Address

Source

pub fn addr(&self) -> u16

Get the inner address as a u16.

For 7 bit addresses, the u8 that was used to store the address is returned as a u16.

impl From<u16> for Address

Source§

fn from(value: u16) -> Self

impl PartialEq for Address

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &Address) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
